Your main tasks will be to identify, define, conceptualize and implement (international) pricing projects, e.g. the country introduction of the group pricing model. Besides, you will support the refinement and implementation of the international pricing strategy for an omnichannel B2B direct sales company esp. in Mobility/Automotive and Construction. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to coach the national organizations in the identification and exploitation of pricing potentials with targeted analyses, creative approaches and systematic implementation. We are counting on you to proactively improve structures, processes and tools in the pricing space with good understanding of IT Systems. You will own and assure the execution of groupwide (strategic) processes (esp. annual price adjustment, competitor monitoring, new product pricing, T&C and bonus adjustments). Last but not least you will train, coach and support regional and national pricing organizations as well as holding departments esp. in Marketing and Sales.
